We currently ship within the United States.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated Processing Times

  • In-stock items: ship within 2–4 business days

  • Hand-knit items: ship within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise noted

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier and location.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated based on item size and weight:

  • Small items (such as mugs): flat-rate shipping

  • Medium décor items: flat-rate shipping

  • Oversized or hand-knit items: oversized shipping rates apply

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hand-knit and made-to-order items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

Due to the handmade nature of our knit pieces, slight variations are normal and part of what makes each item unique.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
